We’re committed to delivering quickly and securely. 

1. Processing Time: orders ship in 1-2 days after production. Delays on weekends/holidays. 2. Rates: calculated at checkout, free shipping promos may apply.
3. Domestic Shipping: Typically 3-5 days after production. Expedited options available.
4. International: International Shipping may take 5-7 days after production, customer responsible for duties/taxes. 

5. Tracking: confirmation email with tracking provided.
6. Delays/Lost Packages: contact us if significantly delayed.
7. Incorrect Info: customer responsible for errors. Extra charges apply if returned.
